ccsession adds 'last' subcommand to resume your most recent AI agent session instantly

sorafujitani's open-source tool ccsession (for searching and restoring AI agent session history) merged a community PR adding a ccsession last subcommand: it resumes the most recent session without launching the picker, handy after a restart.
Usage examples:
- ccsession last — resume the latest session
- ccsession last -n — just print the latest session ID
- --here — scope to the current directory
- --exclude-dir — exclude paths containing a keyword
