Investors want to fund "insurance for AI" startups wrapping data center leases

Investor @adisidapara argues the bigger market isn't AI for insurance but insurance for AI: capital costs for non-investment-grade data center offtakers are set to spike. He proposes an insurance wrapper guaranteeing payouts if a lease breaks early, with premiums pooled across policyholders—offtakers pay slightly more, developers get higher-grade offtake agreements, and lenders get comfort. @katieruthmishra says they'll fund whoever builds it.
