Fake avatar account MIA's AI Lab accused of code laundering, selling growth ebook, blocking critics

Ivan Fioravanti published his position on the "MIA's illusion" drama: MIA's AI Lab pushed Local AI hard and built a strong community around a fake avatar, but four issues now overshadow the positives.
His criticism: (1) using open-source code with unclear or insufficient attribution; (2) hijacking algorithmic reach away from smaller accounts doing genuine work; (3) the worst move—selling an ebook on growing on X to the very community it built, monetizing tactics against basic community values; (4) now blocking anyone who criticizes the account.
A cited post by @Blackwellboy claims the account built a 37K-follower cult via a fake avatar and says the person behind it is revealed through code analysis, with receipts linked.
