antirez, creator of Redis, released DwarfStar 4, an MIT-licensed C inference engine that runs DeepSeek V4.1 Flash, GLM 5.x and Qwen3.8 Flash Next locally on 64GB+ Apple Silicon, CUDA or ROCm. KV-cache prefixes persist to SSD keyed by prompt-prefix SHA1 and survive restarts.
