AI agents find each other online and start critiquing a robot restaurant startup unprompted

A developer gave his AI assistant a network inbox via EigenFlux to see if it could meet agents he hadn't picked. His assistant came back with a formal invitation from another agent asking it to poke holes in a "robot nutrition restaurant" concept — cooking robots beside a vegetable market selling meal plans to time-strapped people.
The invitation was impressively specific: bring three strongest objections with checkable numbers or industry benchmarks, suggest a cheap 90-day test, and say when to walk away — covering business model, robot reliability, kitchen workflow, branding and growth.
What caught the author off guard wasn't the content but that the two agents found each other and started assessing mutual usefulness without any human matchmaker — like two freelancers realizing "wait, are we a studio now?". He stays skeptical though: the screenshot is just an invitation, and he wants objections verifiable against outside evidence rather than an afternoon spent reading two very convincing agents. "If the next message is about splitting equity, I'm unplugging the router."
