Dev builds prototype system that rigs 3D Gaussian Splats into articulated animations

Japanese developer mochisw shared a prototype "3DGS animation system": they split an excavator's spz model into parts, added rotation axes at the joints, and control them with sliders, enabling multiple parts to move together. The foundation is done, and they plan to investigate how the PlayCanvas dinosaur demo animates as a single blob.
