Survey: 13% of orgs scale AI per original business case, only 24% cut costs 10%+

A BearingPoint survey of 1,050 executives across 13 countries: nearly three-quarters of orgs implementing AI claim measurable financial impact, but only 13% scaled initiatives fully per the original business case. Just 24% reported cost cuts of 10%+ and 4% revenue gains of that level; under a third assessed scalability before launch. Author cautions the self-reported data comes from a consultancy selling implementation services, but the gap is still telling.
