banteg's AI video pipeline: only 3 of 67 shots survived, compositing in a custom three.js engine

Developer banteg breaks down his AI video production: only 3 of 67 shots from the first cut survived to the final version, with 100+ alterations. Most work was dailies and retakes—watching review cuts with shot numbers burned in, writing notes, changing storyboards, regenerating or recutting. Key detail: compositing runs in a custom three.js engine handling camera moves, transitions, the laserdisc look, karaoke, screen typing and gacha reels, and retimes actions to music. Asking the video model for a slow push-in warped the painting, so camera moves were done in the engine instead.
