Masley: special positive duties to humans, negative duties to conscious AI

Responding to a question about weighing rights of humans vs AI, Andy Masley says he doesn't think in terms of "weighing" at all: we'd have special positive obligations to the human, but also negative obligations to a conscious AI not to mistreat it in various ways.
