Harvard Kennedy School's Belfer Center has opened applications for 2027-28 fellowships, closing December 1, 2026 (recommendations due Dec 15). The Nova Fellowship targets senior practitioners in AI, biotech, quantum, space and other emerging tech for policy-relevant work; the Recanati-Kaplan program hosts intelligence officers.
