Anthropic is launching the Claude Frontier Academy, committing $100M to train 10,000 "Frontier Deployed Engineers" by end of 2027. First cohorts draw engineers from Accenture, Bain, Capgemini, Deloitte, McKinsey, Morgan Stanley, Commonwealth Bank, and Novo Nordisk. Trainees start with in-person sessions, then spend 12 weeks shipping a real Claude project inside their own organization with Anthropic engineer support — aiming to move enterprise AI from prototype to production.
