Simular launches Sai, a computer-use agent API that plugs into Claude Code via MCP
xwang_lk · x · 2026-10-03
Simular's Sai is a computer-use agent that runs tasks on a cloud Windows machine—opening apps, clicking, typing—and returns results. It ships with a free tier and an MCP server (@simular-ai/sai-mcp) so coding agents like Claude Code, Codex and Cursor can delegate desktop tasks, with setup via claude mcp add sai -e SAIAPIKEY=... -- npx -y @simular-ai/sai-mcp (Node.js 22.12+). The tool loop covers saitaskstart/wait/approve/abort plus upload; users must create the sapi API key themselves.
