Instinct looks like a chatbot but runs like a cloud employee with Git-based memory
FinanceYF5 · x · 2026-10-02
An analysis of Instinct: on the surface a chat assistant, but architecturally closer to a continuously working cloud employee.
Key design points: the agent loop keeps running outside the sandbox, all operations execute in isolated environments, and long-term memory is stored via Git with S3 backups.
Layering 30 skills on top lets it actually complete end-to-end work for users.
