New PowerShell module wraps Perplexity's Decisions API for typed yes/no and score questions

Developer dfinke released PSAIPerplexityDecisions, a PowerShell module wrapping Perplexity's Decisions API. It sends named yes/no, choice, and score questions and returns probabilities as typed PowerShell objects. The module has three commands, supports multiple decisions per request, and installs from the PowerShell Gallery.
