camenduru released TostAI-Sprite-Sheet-Studio, an open-source tool that converts raw video into game-ready 8-direction sprite sheets. It runs 100% locally with no external APIs, ships with Docker support, pixelization pipeline and a built-in editor. Repo is live on GitHub.
