Fastino released GLiDE (Generalized Lightweight Decision Engine), which it calls the first "thinking" decision model trained specifically for difficult structured decisions.
- GLiDE turns application state and a predefined action set into a structured decision, returning a selected action, confidence score, and per-option probabilities
- Adaptive reasoning: fast initial assessment, extra reasoning only when uncertain
- Scores 64.81 on the official Decision Index 0.2.1, 6.90 skill points above Jev's 57.91, leading in all five areas and 31 of 38 benchmarks, with an 11.5-point lead in Knowledge and Reasoning
- Targets multi-hop tasks like choosing among hundreds of tools or paths and verifying reasoning-heavy model output
- Available via the Fastino API
