Row-Bot 5.0 rebuilds local-first AI assistant with persistent goals and per-conversation workspaces

The open-source local-first AI assistant Row-Bot ships version 5.0: NiceGUI is replaced by a single React app across desktop, browser and mobile, with 65,000 lines of legacy code and 16 locked dependencies removed; the backend now runs on FastAPI/uvicorn with HTTP + SSE.
Key changes:
- Bring your own model: Ollama, ChatGPT/Claude/Grok subscriptions, API keys, custom endpoints; removing a provider marks its model unavailable instead of silently switching
- Persistent goals across turns: no default turn limit, goals pause on stalls, respect approvals, handle provider limits and recover after restarts
- Persisting approvals: answerable from conversation, Home, attention list or Buddy; no longer expire after 30 minutes
- Design & Developer panels in-conversation: drafting/publishing plus files, Git, commands and interactive terminal
- More reliable memory with parallel agents; knowledge graph + search + review queue
- Live workflow tracking, QR-based renewable remote access, backup/restore excluding credentials, plugin change review, guided MCP setup, hot-reloaded skills
Local-first defaults, approval gates and single-owner access remain.
