Pi splits in two: minimalist coding agent branches out Pi Durable for long-running agent runtimes

Pi 1.0 splits the project in two directions: Pi stays a minimalist coding agent, while the complex long-running agent runtime becomes a separate branch called Pi Durable.
Pi 1.0 updates:
- Codemode default context slimmed from 5,300 to 3,300 tokens without losing capability
- MCP moves toward stability with OAuth, credentials, and an Auth Server, paired with Tool Search and Deferred Tools so models don't need to see every tool
- Radius model router is now integrated into /login, with optional Radius MCP setup
Pi Durable design highlights:
- Persistent tasks: state and checkpoints survive sleep, container restarts, and crashes; tools are classified by side effects—read-only ops like search can be re-run, while side-effectful ops like sending email or deploying are never re-executed
- Multiple concurrent conversations per runtime, each with its own model, tools, context, and state; a new conversation doubles as a subagent
- Background compaction: old context is summarized ahead of time without blocking the main task, with original history kept in storage
- Terminal decoupled from the agent: interactive coding stays in Pi; long-lived work moves to Pi Durable
