Claude made a video introduction of itself for a user's elderly mom, for $3
loby21 · reddit · 2026-10-02
A Reddit user had Claude (Opus 5.5) create a 2-minute self-introduction video for his elderly mom with a single prompt — explaining what it is and how it helps him, while weaving in backstory it had learned about her. Claude orchestrated tools like hyperframes, openrouter, gemini, ideogram and elevenlabs, at a total cost of about $3 in API credits, a single-digit percentage of his Max5 5-hour limit. An anonymized version was generated with a second prompt.
