ShakeelHashim · x · 2026-10-02
The Wall Street Journal's Keach Hagey reports that OpenAI has parted ways with three employees — Jasmine Wang, Tomek Korbak, and Mikita Balesni — over allegedly mishandling confidential company information.
Korbak had served as the technical contact for Redwood Research and METR during their investigation of the Hugging Face incident. The report is a rolling scoop by Hagey with @berberjin1 and @ZeffMax.
