Agent Pipeline Cuts YouTube Shorts Production from 4-5 Hours to 20 Minutes

Hugo Bowne-Anderson (Vanishing Gradients) shares his agent automation workflow: producing 15 YouTube Shorts used to take 4-5 hours; now his part is 20 minutes of reviewing while agents work 1 hour.
The pipeline: an agent scans his livestreams, surfaces candidate clips with transcripts for review; after he picks the moments, agents cut video with FFmpeg, add branding and subtitles, verify renders, write titles/descriptions, and upload drafts to YouTube. His evolution path: manual → copy-pasting into ChatGPT → agent harness → customization → automation and continual learning, forming an 'agentic software factory.' He's teaching a free Lightning Lesson on building this next week.
