App Store Connect CLI 5.9.0 ships preflight checks that catch rejections before you submit
rudrank · x · 2026-10-02
Developer rudrank released App Store Connect CLI 5.9.0, an open-source tool (7.6k GitHub stars) that scriptably automates TestFlight, builds, submissions, signing, analytics, screenshots and subscriptions via the App Store Connect API.
The headline change in 5.9.0 is preflight validation: it catches what App Store Connect's system checks would reject — before you hit submit, cutting failed-upload round trips. The author is walking through each change in a tweet series.
