GeoLibre 3.2.0 adds in-browser LiDAR point cloud annotation and MCP agent tools

GeoLibre v3.2.0 is out. GeoLibre is a free, open-source, lightweight cloud-native GIS platform that runs in the browser, on desktop, mobile, and inside Jupyter notebooks while keeping data local and private.
What's new in v3.2.0:
- Point cloud annotation: label LiDAR points with brushes and polygons, ASPRS or custom classes, oriented 3D boxes, pre-labeling with Whitebox classifiers, and export to LAS/LAZ, NumPy, or GeoJSON.
- Python and AI agent labeling: the same annotation tools work in Jupyter notebooks and as MCP tools.
- Private S3 buckets: secure connections via access keys.
- US state GIS portals: every state's public portals in one menu.
