He used Claude Code to turn fragrance rankings into musicals — reveal lands on the bass drop

TheLastSpritz · reddit · 2026-10-02

A fragrance site owner spent weeks with Claude Code (Opus 5.5) building a faceless YouTube video pipeline; the latest output is a Hamilton-style musical about Creed Aventus and its $30 clones. Human controls editorial decisions; Claude drafts lyrics and Suno style prompts. Production is all code: forced alignment timestamps every sung word, a beat detector reads the drum stem, and GSAP draws bottle cutouts, lyrics and confetti frame by frame — no AI video. A bass drop detector makes the #1 reveal land exactly on the beat. Claude also handles captions, YouTube API uploads, and contact-sheet visual QA. Key tip: have Claude render stills at key timestamps and review them itself to catch most visual bugs before you do.
