Wabi pivots to AI messenger that builds apps on the fly

Wabi, founded by Replika creator Eugenia Kuyda, is pivoting from prompt-to-app generation to an AI messenger. Wabi 2.0 acts as a personal agent that gets things done and builds the interface you need in the moment, via a visual messenger UI. The pivot comes as demand for AI agents like Meta's Muse and Instinct takes off; investor Ann Bordetsky says personal assistants are still in an experimentation era. Invite-only for now.
