Melting Pot updated: Lab2d ships modern Python wheel, no more sandboxed old versions

The Melting Pot multi-agent RL environment has been updated: its underlying Lab2d simulation platform now offers a wheel compatible with modern Python environments, and meltingpot has been updated accordingly. Developers using agentic coding tools no longer need to run an old Python version in a sandbox to use Melting Pot.
