Dev adds Apple's Genie effect to AI agent plugin with Opus, says he's basically built an agentOS
RileyRalmuto · x · 2026-10-01
Developer Riley Ralmuto had Opus add macOS's Genie effect to his polychat plugin: clicking an agent reveals its project/context environment, making it easy to confirm which Codex session an agent came from. He reflects that the many independent tools he's built now amount to nearly a full agentOS, floating names like mnemOS or polyOS.
