Zapier CEO Wade Foster shared an analysis of 20M+ workflows. Four use cases account for 81%: lead capture (30%), notifications (19%), creating records (18%), updating records (14%). The dominant pattern is moving info from where it lands to where it's needed — and Google Sheets is the most common app, ahead of Slack and Gmail. Triggers: 25% data changes, 22% form submissions, only 8% scheduled.
