Raspberry Pi has raised prices of its 2GB Raspberry Pi 4 and Pi 5 by $12.50, to $67.50 and $77.50 respectively, citing steeply rising memory costs. After holding 1GB/2GB variant prices flat during April's increases, the foundation says that is no longer sustainable. 1GB Pi 4/5 and 2GB Compute Module 4/5 prices stay unchanged; Eben Upton urges customers to avoid paying for RAM headroom they don't need.
