Trevin shares a ready-to-paste 'personal-assistant briefing' prompt: your old AI assistant audits its memories, separates facts from inferences and active from finished work, batch-confirms uncertainties with you, then exports a self-contained Markdown briefing (overview, relationships, working preferences, active projects, constraints) to drop into a new assistant. Sujingshen adds: exported data skews toward stated preferences — the implicit rules you re-answer every time are the interesting open question.
