Developer live-builds an environment-aware agent harness plugin in public brainstorm

John Berryman (Penny University / Arcturus Labs) is hosting a public build session to prototype an environment-aware AI personal assistant.
- The idea: a plugin for agent harnesses that gives the agent awareness of its current context — the website or native app the user is in, even physical location
- It then dynamically equips the agent with new capabilities: agent skills, MCP servers, llms.txt, and other agents
- Framed as a brainstorm-and-hack session, not a tutorial; the author admits a full implementation may take longer than one session, possibly just the design spec
- Format on Zoom: intro to the idea and approach, then collaborative design and coding with attendees
