Chris Brock's open-source GitHub project headcount structures agent skills as a company org chart: a chief executive over 16 departments and 172 skills, from the finance lead to IT support, each specialist being a simple text file teaching your AI to do one job like an experienced practitioner.
Every department is an independently installable plugin so projects load only needed functions. Install in Claude Code via /plugin marketplace add cbrock84/headcount; the same repo works as a plugin marketplace for ChatGPT and Codex, or drop departments into .agents/skills/.
