Chris Brock's open-source GitHub project 'headcount' turns your AI agent into an entire company: an org chart with 16 departments and 172 specialist roles, from the CEO's office to IT support.
How it works: Each specialist is a simple text file teaching the AI to do one job like an experienced practitioner — a finance lead builds forecasts, a security lead spots risks, plus product, marketing, sales, legal, ops and data teams. Install only the departments you need; the right specialist picks up matching questions.
