Glass Health adds Agent Customization: Skills for clinician workflows, Knowledge for practice materials

Glass Health has launched Agent Customization in Glass for Clinicians, with two capabilities. Skills capture how clinicians approach specific clinical tasks—like complex chronic care visits or goals-of-care conversations—so Glass applies them when relevant. Knowledge brings a practice's own reference material into Glass, including local referral requirements and the tests and procedures offered in-house, grounding the AI in the practice's actual constraints.
