Ben Bajarin: HPE and others use 'scale-out' vs 'scale-up' in conflicting ways

Analyst Ben Bajarin notes the industry has diverging definitions of "scale out" vs "scale up": HPE, for instance, uses scale-out to also mean rack-to-rack expansion within a domain, which others would call scale-up. He plans to make a diagram mapping which companies mean what by each term.
