Google leadership may face the same dilemma it did when ChatGPT took off: personal agents like Grok Bot, Muse, and Dots derive much of their value from connecting to users' Gmail, Calendar, and Drive — effectively turning those services into dumb databases and driving down direct human usage of Google's own products.
