GPU server AER errors traced to MCIO adapters, zero errors after swap

While debugging a GPU server, the author confirmed the fault source was the MCIO adapters — not the retimers or cables. After swapping in the recommended adapters, zero AER errors so far. A useful data point for engineers building multi-GPU boxes: when link errors show up, check the adapters, not just retimers and cables.
