Aiython is an experimental MIT-licensed runtime (Python 3.11+, alpha) where Python executes normally until it hits natural language statements like kind: Literal["bug", "billing"] = classify this ticket — then AI steps in, using live program state and validating output against type annotations. Run scripts via aiython app.py; supports args, -m, and interactive mode. Aimed at small automation and internal tools where the API-call boilerplate outweighs the task. Caveats: not a sandbox, code/runtime values go to your configured provider, and model usage incurs provider charges.
