ccsession adds Snowflake CoCo CLI support for fuzzy-resuming agent sessions

The open-source tool ccsession now supports Snowflake CoCo CLI. Built on fzf, it lists local agent sessions (Claude Code by default, plus OpenCode, Codex, Grok and more), offers cross-project fuzzy search, directory filtering, and full-text grep over JSONL transcripts with a live preview of the last 30 messages, then resumes the picked session in its original working directory.
