Monid Goes Open Source: Declarative Connectors Give Agents 2,000+ Tools via One Key

Monid (monid-ai/monid) is now open source on GitHub, billing itself as the OpenRouter for agent tools: one base URL and one key give agents access to 2,000+ tools across 72+ providers — web search/scraping, people/company enrichment, social platforms, market data, and video/image/voice generation. The repo has 626 stars.
The core is the connector layer: a generic declarative framework describing how each endpoint is called, what it accepts, what it returns, and how usage is counted. Because connectors are declarative, a coding agent can write one — point it at your API docs and this repo, and your API can be added to Monid. Agents can fetch https://monid.ai/SKILL.md into their skill directory.
