This year's new stage let candidates pick one of two problem statements and explicitly required using AI tools and agents, documenting prompts and decisions; interviewers could ask for live AI-driven edits (didn't happen in his case). Also an anonymized 'inclusive resume' requirement, followed by technical, managerial, and HR rounds.
