The log you can trust after a week unattended is the one the agent never wrote

Agent-written traces get rewritten during compaction, so they're stories, not evidence. The author keeps two runtime-written artifacts instead: every exchange and report stored with id, scenario, and payload (compaction keeps bodies), plus a replay.html with release-chain verdicts and tree diffs replayable from session events. Storage only records; enforcement must live where writes and sends happen.
