OpenAI DevDay demos fail live on stage, clips pulled from official stream

Two OpenAI DevDay demos went wrong live: the dot demo was unresponsive and a Codex demo's voice chat failed entirely. A user recorded the mishaps from the stream, but the clips appear to have been removed from the official replay. Robert Scoble weighed in that preparation is the antidote to on-stage failure, joking nobody tests demos with 5,000 people in the building or on that pier's WiFi.
