Reserve unlocked GPU capacity for startups, not just big logos

jeffreyajewett argues the real gold in today's AI compute market is capacity with no firm offtake requirement. If every available MW and GPU is reserved for the safest, biggest customers, the next generation of giants never gets a chance to compete — capacity should be deliberately preserved for companies that haven't become obvious yet.
