Anthropic CTO Mike Krieger (co-founder of Instagram) says much of the software Anthropic staff use is now built, maintained and changed by Claude — one of the company's biggest shifts in the past year — and he's pushing to extend this to nearly all internal software. Commenter victorexplore adds: internal tools get agent-ified first because nobody files a ticket when Claude rebuilds a dashboard; the real challenge is data — once humans and agents both write to it, log who changed what or you stop trusting any of it.
