Arcmira Research's September 2026 datacenter tracker found 193 distinct YouTube videos discussing datacenters in the latest 30-day window (Aug 7–Sep 6), up 382.5% from 40 in the prior 30 days. The report curates 50 excerpts from 20 recordings and 13 shows across three themes: local benefits (Stephen Balaban: "compute is a national strategic asset"), conditions for building (Adam Kovacevich: "allow it, but with guardrails"), and water & power (Ali Velshi's cooling-water claim remains unresolved). It also compares published water-use estimates, noting video counts measure publication volume, not public opinion.
