UK users get ChatGPT 6.1 but say OpenAI now hides behind 'eligible markets'

OpenAI has started rolling out ChatGPT 6.1 to some users. UK users note that OpenAI no longer explicitly mentions the EU and UK in its notes, instead saying only "eligible markets". They report seeing none of the new updates and no banked usage reset, joking that the region has been completely forgotten.
