Announced at OpenAI DevDay: Codex has moved fully to the cloud, and the Agents API with computer-use capability is now in API beta.
The poster was skeptical about the live demo segment ("Ouch. Live demos. :/"), hinting the on-stage performance may have underwhelmed — but the releases themselves stand.
