- Model Rollups: build proprietary SOTA models where humans handled inputs/outputs, undercut incumbents 5x cheaper and 3x faster; acquire retiring-owner agencies at 1-2x revenue, repurpose labor into data labeling for a data flywheel — one company crossed $10M revenue this year
- Growth Buyouts: Metropolis-style vertical SaaS transforming thin-margin traditional operations
The core idea: convert low-margin service businesses into software economics while keeping the revenue base.
