- The core is three skills: /about-me (paste your old about-me file so Claude learns who you are), /anti-ai-writing (ban specific AI-sounding words and patterns), and /skill-creator, a meta-skill that builds your other skills. Setup path: Claude → Customize → Skills → Add → Upload.
- Pair it with Projects: create one per client or team, upload past work, and every chat inside that project inherits the full context.
- The key idea: teach Claude once and invoke via slash commands instead of re-explaining requirements in every chat.
